Terms of Service

Service description

PolyPulse is a real-time intelligence and automation platform for prediction markets (Kalshi and Polymarket). It detects large positions (“whale” trades), alerts subscribers via Telegram and push notifications, and — for users who explicitly opt in — can place automated trades on the user’s own connected exchange.

By using PolyPulse, you agree to these terms.

Not financial advice

PolyPulse is an informational and automation tool only. Nothing on this site, in our alerts, or produced by any automated feature constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice.

Prediction market trading involves risk. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and configurations. PolyPulse does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any trade. We report what others are doing and execute what you configure — you decide what to do with that.

Automated trading

Automated trading is strictly opt-in and executes against your own funds on your own connected exchange account. By enabling it you authorize PolyPulse to place orders according to the parameters you set (e.g. position size, daily caps, strategy mode).

  • You are responsible for the settings you choose and for funding your exchange account
  • Trading can and does lose money — past performance does not predict future results
  • You can disable auto-trading at any time; we provide caps and a kill-switch, but cannot guarantee any outcome
  • Order execution depends on third-party exchange APIs, which may fail, delay, or reject orders

PolyPulse is not a broker, dealer, or investment adviser, and does not custody your funds.

Accounts & billing

A free tier provides access to the whale-trade dashboard. Paid plans add features such as faster data, more alert channels, and automated trading — see the pricing page for current tiers and prices.

New accounts include a free trial. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for your purchase and handles billing and payment-related inquiries. We do not store your payment card information.

Accuracy & availability

We make reasonable efforts to detect and report trades accurately and quickly, and to execute configured trades reliably. However, we do not guarantee:

  • 100% detection of all qualifying trades
  • Real-time delivery of every alert
  • Execution, fill price, or timing of any automated order
  • Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the service

Prediction market and exchange APIs may change, go down, or rate-limit us. We will do our best but cannot promise perfection.

Limitation of liability

PolyPulse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyPulse and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed or erroneous alerts, automated-order outcomes, or service interruptions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PolyPulse after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
