Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Overview

PolyPulse offers subscription plans for its prediction-market intelligence and automation platform. This policy explains when you can cancel, when you are eligible for a refund, and how to request one.

We want the product to earn its price. If it isn’t working for you, contact us — we deal with every request fairly and in good faith.

Try before you pay

Every new account starts with a 7-day Elite trial, with no card required. The trial gives you full access so you can evaluate PolyPulse before any charge is ever made. If you don’t subscribe, the trial simply ends — you are never billed.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.

  • Cancel from your account settings, from your Paddle receipt, or by emailing us.
  • When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then it does not renew.
  • We do not charge for partial periods, and cancelling stops all future charges.

Refunds

Because we provide a free, no-card trial before any payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. That said, we always consider reasonable, good-faith requests:

  • First payment — 14-day good-faith window. If something went wrong or the service didn’t meet a reasonable expectation, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we’ll work with you, including a full refund where appropriate.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full.
  • Billing errors (wrong amount, charged after cancellation) are corrected and refunded in full.
  • Renewals. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but contact us if you were charged unexpectedly and we’ll make it right.

What refunds do not cover

PolyPulse is an informational and automation tool, not a financial product, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Accordingly, refunds are not available for:

  • Trading losses, or the results of any automated trade you configured on your own connected exchange account. You control your settings and your funds; market outcomes are not a basis for a refund of the software subscription.
  • Dissatisfaction with third-party services PolyPulse connects to (e.g. Kalshi, Polymarket, exchange APIs), or their downtime, fees, or execution.
  • Subscription time already used, beyond the good-faith window described above.

How payments & refunds are handled

Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which also handles customer-service inquiries and refunds relating to your purchase. When you subscribe, Paddle is the merchant on your statement and issues any refund back to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are processed promptly; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law. Consumers in the EU/UK and other regions may have statutory withdrawal rights; where those apply, they are honoured in addition to the terms above. (Note that for digital services you begin using immediately, statutory withdrawal rights may be reduced once access has been provided, to the extent permitted by law.)

How to request a refund or cancellation

Choose whichever is easiest:

Please reach out to us before opening a card dispute — we can almost always resolve refunds and billing issues faster and directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
